The idea behind Premier Sperm Donors evolved over Dr. Jain’s 30-year career in Reproductive Medicine. While there was a large amount of research and information on women’s fertility, very little existed for men especially given their 50% role in fertility.
Dr. Jain established Premier Sperm Donors to not only provide the most highly-tested sperm to help build families, but also create a collaborative community to help advance our knowledge of sperm and sperm donation.
John K. Jain, M.D.
The Medical Director for Premier Sperm Donors (PSD) is Dr. John K. Jain. After completing medical school in 1992, he did his specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology and completed a subspecialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Southern California (USC) where he was a full-time faculty member until 2007.
Dr. Jain is a Board-Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist. He is a pioneer in the field of reproductive medicine and has over 30 years of experience, including a decade as a decorated professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Keck School of Medicine of USC.
He remained dedicated to the practice of Reproductive Medicine by serving as a clinical instructor, lecturer, administrator, editorial board member and grant-funded researcher in areas of sperm and transgenerational epigenetics, microfluidics, oocyte cryopreservation, fertility at advanced maternal age and male reproductive health. Dr. Jain has also made advancements in cryopreservation through cutting-edge research at his own clinic, Santa Monica Fertility, where he retired from in 2023.
As Premier Sperm Donors’ Medical Director he will oversee a best-in-class donor program that will promote a new and ethical way in caring for the company’s donors, with integrity, compassion, laboratory quality, and a scientific prowess that will lead to innovative solutions and improvement in sperm quality and most importantly, the health of children.
