Sperm donors must meet eligibility requirements including being 21-39 years old, have a good personal and family health history, and pass comprehensive medical screening including genetic testing, STD/HIV screening, and infectious disease testing. Sperm quality must also meet standards for count, motility, and volume parameters.

We provide thorough health screenings at no cost to you, including physical examination, blood work, genetic disease screening, and advanced sperm analysis including DNA fragmentation testing. This comprehensive evaluation ensures both donor health and the best outcomes for recipient families. The screening process includes genetic counseling to help you understand your test results and their implications for your own health and family planning.

Donors typically visit our facility 2-3 times per week, taking 30-45 minutes each time. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate work, school, and personal commitments. The initial screening process takes a few weeks to complete, after which you can begin regular donations on a schedule that works for your life.

Donors receive $150 per qualified donation plus a $150 bonus for each completed batch of 10 donations. With regular donations (approximately 10 per month), donors typically earn $1,200-$1,650 monthly. This compensation recognizes the time, commitment, and dedication required in the donation process.

The process begins with a confidential online application and comprehensive questionnaire about your health and family history. You'll then visit our facility for an initial fertility assessment, followed by thorough health screening including physical exam, blood work, and genetic testing. After receiving genetic counseling and completing your donor profile, you can begin your donation schedule with flexible timing. All sperm samples are quarantined for six months, followed by repeat STD testing before release to recipient families.

Premier Sperm Donors accepts identity disclosure donors. An identity disclosure donation allows offspring to obtain the donor's identity when they reach the age of 18. However, donors are always allowed to decline an invitation to meet or connect with their donor-conceived children. Intended parents are not allowed to contact donors. If parents reach out to you, please contact us immediately as they have signed a contract agreeing not to do so.

Donor tenure varies depending on individual circumstances. Some donors participate for a few months while others donate for up to 2 years. There is an age cutoff at 40 years of age. We also limit the number of vials from any single donor to ensure no more than 25 families have successful pregnancies from one donor, helping to minimize the risk of half-sibling relationships in the future.
